Milwaukee Bucks star Jabari Parker may have been under the radar for the past few seasons but he appears to be ready for a breakout season. The former No. 2 pick of the Bucks in the 2014 draft has dominated the competition so far in the recent Nike Chi League. His impressive performance included several explosive dunks on back-to-back plays and both were on the same defender.

In the clip, Parker is seen with the one-handed posterization on his first highlight. Moments later his team comes down the court, and there’s Parker again. This time, it’s a two-handed slam, and once again on the same poor defender. That man, former D-League player Billy Baptist, may be checking into a witness relocation program soon if he continues to come up on the receiving end of highlight plays like those.

Parker is playing in this summer pro-am in his hometown area of Chicago which certainly has him looking comfortable on the court. Other Chicago natives who are part of the league include Will Bynum, Cliff Alexander and Keifer Sykes.

For Parker, his dominance at the Nike Chi League has not just been via highlight reel dunks. As NBA.com reported, the Bucks forward had a double-double in just his first game of the league, with 31 points and 10 rebounds. Milwaukee will certainly look forward to performances like that in the upcoming season as they try to get back to the postseason for the first time since the 2014-15 NBA season.
