The NFL retakes the field tomorrow as the Hall of Fame Game starts the Preseason of the 2016 season.  As teams get back into actual game action over the next week, it’s time for fantasy owners to also get into action with fantasy football drafts coming up throughout the rest of the month. Earlier this week, we started our Fantasy Football “training camp” with my top 5 undervalued QBs and my top 5 undervalued RBs in the first of our series in search of fantasy football sleepers. Today, we’ll take a look at a few wide receivers who I think will outperform their current draft ranking.

There are lots of places all over the internet to get rankings, and each and every owner in your league thinks they know where to go to get just the right “list.” The trick isn’t really having a perfect ranking list, but knowing which players are lower on other lists so you can grab them and get good production from later in the draft.

In this list of undervalued WRs, you won’t find Antonio Brown, DeAndre Hopkins, or even Dez Bryant because every owner will have a high draft slot reserved for those premium QBs. The players you can find here are definitely higher risk than the top-tier options, but you can get them at a much lower draft slot.  The key to fantasy football success is not only getting production from where you expect (top names) but supplementing that with the right “surprise” contributions from players throughout your draft board.
