With the NFL season rapidly approaching, here are 10 NFL teams that will likely be better than they were last year.

The NFL is known for its great annual parity. Roughly five teams that missed the NFL Playoffs the year before will qualify for one of 12 playoff spots in either conference. It’s almost a certainty that not all 12 2015 NFL Playoff teams will return in 2016. There will be teams on the rise looking to improve in the AFC/NFC Standings.

Injuries and tough 2015 NFL season schedules may have gotten in the way of a few of these teams. For some, perpetual mediocrity has been their own doing through bad front office tactics, among other things.

That being said, there are teams that NFL fans may not expect to be better in 2016 than they were in 2015. These clubs may not be NFL elite in 2016, but there is a favorable chance that either a team’s regular season record will improve or there will be a noticeable difference in the manner that they play on the gridiron.

To be fair, most of the these teams are not going to end up making the NFL Playoffs, but do expect them to be better in 2016 than they were in 2015. Here are 10 NFL teams almost guaranteed to improve this fall from last season’s failures.
