Round 1 action of the 2016 Rio Olympics Men’s Golf competition will kick off on Thursday.

For the first time since the 1904 Olympics in Saint Louis, Missouri, golf will be an Olympic sport, and some of the biggest names in the game will be competing. Despite the top four golfers in the world deciding to pass on the Olympics, the field is still loaded, and the action starts on Thursday.

The event will be played at Olympic Golf Course, which is inhabited by some wild creatures. Animals such as sloths, giant rodents, and boa constrictors live on the course, so golfers will need to be on the lookout.

The field is led by Bubba Watson, who is the fifth ranked player in the world. Watson will have to have to navigate a field that includes two 2016 major winners, as Masters Champion Danny Willett and British Open Champion Henrik Stenson are both in the event.

To be eligible for the event, all players within the top-15 of the Olympic Golf Rankings as of July 11, 2016, will be eligible. However, no more than four players can come from any one country. Brazil, who is hosting the event, will be guaranteed at least one man and woman golfer, no matter where they rank.
