Here’s how to go about watching the second day of all five badminton events at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games via live stream at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The second day of all five badminton competitions at the 2016 Summer Olympic Games at Rio de Janeiro, Brazil will be under way on Friday, August 12th. Here’s how to watch the events either on television or via an online live stream.
The second day of Olympic badminton competition at the 2016 Rio Games will again begin at 7:00 AM ET or 8:00 AM local time for those who have made the trek to Rio de Janeiro for this Summer Olympiad.
The five events (Men’s Singles, Women’s Singles, Mixed Doubles, Men’s Doubles, and Women’s Doubles) will all still be in their preliminary stages of Olympic competition. Badminton will run throughout the entire day at Riocentro on Friday.
If one wants to not miss a second of all the badminton action, it probably makes sense to use the NBCOlympics.com live stream, as live coverage of Olympic badminton will only be on briefly during the day on Friday.
While Thursday’s coverage of Olympic badminton occurred at two different times on USA, the only time that badminton will be on the air will be at 3:00 PM ET on MSNBC. There one can watch Men’s Singles and Men’s Doubles until 5:00 PM ET.
However, MSNBC will also be airing live coverage of a Women’s Team Handball preliminary match between Sweden and the Netherlands, as well as a medal part of the Women’s Skeet Shooting final.
