Taking a look at when Usain Bolt will be racing at the 2016 Rio Olympics
The 2016 Rio Olympics could be the last for Usain Bolt. If you ask the Jamaican sprinter and the fastest man in the world, this is it for him at the Olympics. But considering his dominance in the sport, you have to wonder if he’s going to go out on top. Moreover, if he does win his final races at the Olympics, will that make him want to come back?
All of these questions are still a long way from being answered. The only thing that we can know for sure right now is that Usain Bolt will be running at Rio 2016 and should be the favorite in every event that he’s competing in.
There are no surprises in regards to the events that the 29-year-old Bolt will be competing in. He’ll be running and trying to defend his title in the Men’s 100m. Meanwhile, he’ll also be running the Men’s 200m and the Men’s 4x100m relay. As stated, either Bolt or the Jamaican team enter as the favorites in all three of those events.
When it comes to a once-in-a-generation athlete like Bolt, though, you don’t want to miss any time he races. That these races could be his last ever at the Olympics only further prove that point. Subsequently, you may be watching the beginning of the Olympics track and field competition and wondering when Usain Bolt will be racing at the 2016 Rio Olympics.
