Team USA guard Kyrie Irving completed an impressive ally-oop pass to Kevin Durant after falling to the court near the three-point line.

Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant had a highlight-worthy exchange on the court during Sunday afternoon’s United States men’s Olympic basketball game against France. The top notch play involved the dynamic Cleveland Cavaliers guard completing an impressive ally-oop pass to Durant, just moments after falling down to the court. Durant was then able to score an easy two for his team.

The highlight video from NBC Olympics shows Carmelo Anthony rebound the ball and then throw the outlet pass to Irving on the break. Irving ends up falling right near the top of the three-point line on the other end of the court. However, what happens next is pure magic.

In the clip, the supremely-talented Cavs guard is still able to toss an ally-oop lob pass up and over a defender towards the Team USA hoop. Golden State Warriors star Kevin Durant is easily able to snatch the ball from the air and throw it down, making for one sick highlight play. It’s the stuff that basketball dreams are made of, in some places.

Of course, that play is one that will only be seen during the Rio 2016 Summer Olympics. Durant will be joining the team likely to challenge Cleveland for the championship this season while Irving will keep on making those sorts of plays, only they’ll go to LeBron James instead.
