Team USA are disappointing on the court but Kevin Durant and DeAndre Jordan continue to be stars off it.
Team USA men’s basketball hasn’t exactly produced on the floor so far in the Rio Olympics. The Americans have struggled defensively and to put teams away through group play, leading to many confused fans. Off the court though, the Americans have been a hit as Kevin Durant, DeAndre Jordan and Jimmy Butler showed yet again Sunday night.

Phelps swimming events and now the beach volleyball team. Considering that the basketball team is staying on a cruise ship and not in the Olympic Village with the rest of the athletes, this is even cooler. Team USA probably doesn’t know Walsh-Jennings much but they act like she is one of their best friends.
Tournament play comes soon for the Americans but it is hard to imagine them not being present at some of the other events coming up. Usain Bolt still has to run his 200 meter and 4X100 meter relay races along with other track events and other Americans will be playing for gold as well.

Hopefully the group figures out how to keep up their off court hi-jinx while also figuring out how to handle their business the way they are capable of doing. Because losing moments like this would be terrible.
