Here’s how to watch the gymnastics action at the 2016 Rio Olympics on Monday.
Monday’s slate at the 2016 Rio Olympics will feature three more event finals in the gymnastics competition, where Team USA will hope to add to an impressive medal count.
Simone Biles will be back in action in the finals of the women’s balance beam at 2:46 p.m. With three gold medals under her belt already, Biles is heavily favored to win the beam title after posting a score of 15.633 in qualifying. Teammate Laurie Hernandez qualified in second and will be in contention for the podium.
The other two event finals will be in the men’s competition, starting with the rings at 1:00 p.m. China is projected to dominate the podium after Liu Yang and You Hao posted two of the three highest scores in the preliminary round.
That will be followed by the finals of the men’s vault at 1:54 p.m. North Korea’s Ri Se-gwang won the qualification with a score of 15.433 and is the favorite to take gold ahead of Russia’s Denis Ablyazin.
