Picking the Sports Mount Rushmore for all 50 states

New Hampshire

Bode Miller won six Olympic medals as an alpine skier. Miller won two silver medals at the 2002 Olympics, a gold, a silver and a bronze at the 2010 Olympics, and a bronze at the 2014 Olympics. He is one of the most decorated skiers of all time.

Jenny Thompson is a swimmer who won 12 Olympic medals. She won two golds and a silver in the 1992 Olympics, three golds in the 1996 Olympics, three golds and a bronze at the 2000 Olympics and two silvers at the 2004 Olympics. Thompson also dominated during the World Championships.

Carlton Fisk is best known for his time with the Boston Red Sox, but he was born in New Hampshire. He is one of the best catchers the game has seen. Fisk hit 376 career home runs and made it to 11 All-Star teams. He also played for the Chicago White Sox for 12 seasons, but he is best known for his infamous home run for Boston in 1975, when he seemingly waved the ball fair to win Game 6 of the World Series. Fisk is definitely deserving of a Mount Rushmore spot.

Triple H has taken the WWE to a new level of popularity. Whether it is in the ring or in the office, Triple H has turned the WWE into a huge business. He is one of the most decorated champions in WWE history and remains an important figure on television. Triple H is also a huge supporter of bodybuilding. His Pedigree might be the most recognizable professional wrestling finisher of all-time. Triple H is deserving of his place on New Hampshire’s Mount Rushmore of sports.
