Cardinals at Chargers live stream: TV schedule, time and more
Everything you need to know to watch Cardinals at Chargers in Week 2 of the 2016 NFL preseason online on Friday, August 19
Coming into the 2016 NFL preseason, everyone has a slew of different goals that they’re looking to fulfill. This applies to both the preseason and the regular season that they’re preparing for. However, it’d be impossible to deny that the Arizona Cardinals and San Diego Chargers have substantially different goals in 2016. Regardless, they’ll face off on Friday, August 19 as it’ll be Cardinals at Chargers from Qualcomm Stadium
For the Cardinals, you really have to believe that it’s Super Bowl or bust for Bruce Arians’ team. They were one of the most dangerous teams in the league last year and only have even more talent and experience coming into 2016. David Johnson will be on full display at running back entering his second season. Moreover, they’ll look for their defensive stars to come up big in the preseason, even with Tyrann Mathieu still recovering from the injury that ended his 2015.
On the other hand, the Chargers had an abysmal time in 2015, winning only four games. Of course, they were also one of the most injury-riddled team in the entire league. Thus, they’ll be hoping that Philip Rivers and company will be able to start working towards more promising results as they get healthier. It’ll be baby steps still, though, in Week 2 of the preseason.
