Our longstanding nightmare is just about over, as the college football season is almost upon us. In two weeks, the wonderful sport of collegiate football will be back in our lives, which really is the most exciting thing about the summer coming to a close, to be honest.

So with the college football season being so close to getting underway, we love seeing just about anything that reminds us that it’s nearly here. Generally, these come in the form of media days and hype videos released by the programs, but this latest reminder that one of the best weeks of college football ever is nearly here is pretty awesome.

This was an amazing idea for a few reasons. Not only does it remind everybody of the games that are about to go down for Week 1, but it’s actually some pretty solid crossover as well. Right now, as everyone knows, comic books and comic book movies are all the craze at the moment, and college football is one of the more popular sports in the world. So naturally, this is a pretty solid partnership here between the comic book world and college football.
