4. Lambeau Field

If there are ghosts in any NFL stadium in the U.S., the first place to look has to be Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Green Bay remains the last true small market team in professional American sports. The Green Bay Packers are still the only pro sports team owned by the fans.

There is nowhere better to watch late season, snowy football than the Frozen Tundra of Lambeau Field. Until Michael Vick ran around in 2002, the Packers hadn’t lost an NFC Playoff Game at Lambeau Field. It’s a place where past and present day football collide effortlessly.

The Packers are one of the few teams in the NFL that has a truly national fan base, the other two being the Dallas Cowboys and Pittsburgh Steelers. People have braved the harsh Green Bay winters to see the Packers put on usually magnificent performances for decades.

There could be several spirits that reside at Lambeau Field on fall and winter Sundays. Three that immediately come to mind are Curly Lambeau, Vince Lombardi and Reggie White. All three men have impactful legacies in Green Bay. When the Packers have even a halfway decent team, they are awfully hard to beat at home. Could a supernatural presence be aiding them? That’s not out of the realm of possibility.
