5. Take a bro-cation

The NBA season is a grind. Even the offseason is filled with responsibilities, workouts, public appearances, basketball camps, charity work, and the ever-watchful eye of the media. That environment of never-ending events and constant attention from reporters and fans can make for an incredibly stressful situation. You get stressed. You get hot. You get cranky. You take it out on those closest to you, it’s a vicious cycle.

That’s why it would be great for Beal and Wall to be able to get away for a few days, to have the space to really get in touch with themselves while they’re working on getting in touch with each other. An all inclusive resort, somewhere sunny and tropical, seems like the perfect medicine. Beal can get up for early yoga and surfing classes. Wall can get a massage and a nice fresh carrot smoothie. Then they meet on the beach in a private cabana, have a little nosh, and let the rhythm of the waves carry their troubles away. It’s the perfect place to forgive and forget, to rediscover what made them bros in the first places.

Of course, this kind of thing isn’t cheap so Beal should probably offer to pay.
