Everything you need to know about how to watch Bills at Redskins online in the 2016 NFL preseason
The Washington Redskins enter the 2016 regular season in relatively unfamiliar territory. That’s not a bad thing, though. That territory consists of virtually everything being calm and confident as opposed to turmoil in recent years. After winning the NFC East last season, there are high hopes. In Week 3 of the 2016 NFL preseason, though, they’ll be up against a team with equally high of hopes. The Buffalo Bills are looking for improvement from last season, making Bills at Redskins on Friday from FedEx Field all the more intriguing.
Obviously the crux of the tranquility with the Redskins currently stems from Kirk Cousins. Washington looks like they finally have their man at quarterback. Moreover, they made big moves like the signing of Josh Norman to help sure up the defense. Really the only thing left undecided is what’s next at running back. Matt Jones has been relatively uninspiring up to now, leaving the door open for Keith Marshall. Week 3 will be prime time for either to try and make leeway in the positional race.
As for the Bills, they now have Tyrod Taylor locked up on a long term contract. However, they now are working to figure out what their running back situation looks like after releasing Karlos Williams. More important than any of this, though, the Bills need to get their defense in order. Rex Ryan’s schemes were underwhelming in 2015. For this team to reach their potential, they have to get things right on that side of the ball sooner rather than later. Friday night will offer a quality test in that regard.
