10. Isaiah Jones – East Carolina

Time and time again, non-power conferences have produced some of the best talent in college football. East Carolina has one of the best wide receivers in college football in Isaiah Jones. He might not be playing the best competition every week, but Jones does his job and does an exceptional one at that.

He ranked toward the top of the country in many statistical categories and he flashed all the tools for a wide receiver. What makes Jones stand apart from some other wide receivers on this list is that he was able to put up fantastic production on a struggling football team. East Carolina was a below average team last season, but Jones did his best to try and carry them.

Without Jones, it’s safe to say that East Carolina’s five wins could have been something atrocious like two or three. Even more importantly, Jones proved that he can dominate against great competitions as well.

He put on a show against the Florida Gators last season. He took 2016 NFL Draft first-round pick Vernon Hargreaves to task with 14 receptions and 135 yards. He rises for the big game and that’s always a great sign.
