Patriots at Panthers live stream: TV schedule, time and more
Everything you need to know about how to watch Patriots at Panthers in the 2016 NFL preseason online
Looking at the landscape of the NFL, you’d have to look at the New England Patriots and Carolina Panthers as two favorites in 2016. After all, the Patriots are always Super Bowl contenders. Meanwhile, the Panthers are looking to get to that pinnacle once again after making it last season. However, it’s a different look for both teams entering a new year. On Friday, we’ll get our best look yet at both teams as it’ll be Patriots at Panthers in Week 3 of the NFL preseason.
For the Panthers, they’ve truly only gotten stronger. Even with the absence of Josh Norman, their defense is still humming with Luke Kuechly as the anchor. Where they’ve gotten even more dangerous, though, is on offense. Cam Newton, Greg Olsen, and Ted Ginn Jr. are still in-tow. However, they’ve now got Kelvin Benjamin as a huge receiving threat back in the fold. Moreover, they’re hoping for big things from Devin Funchess in his second year in Carolina.
When it comes to the Patriots in the preseason, all eyes remain on Jimmy Garoppolo. With Tom Brady’s suspension looming to start the regular season, it’s all about getting the young quarterback ready to be the starter. Subsequently, his performance against a top-tier defense like the Panthers will be huge. Moreover, Bill Belichick will certainly want his defense at their best already to make life for a Garoppolo led offense made easier.
