Everything you need to know about how to watch Eagles at Colts online in the 2016 NFL preseason on Saturday, August 27
After both the Indianapolis Colts and Philadelphia Eagles experienced major disappointment last season, they now face wholly different 2016 seasons. While the Colts are looking to simply rebound from poor performance last year, the Eagles are left mostly rebuilding. However, there’s hope for both teams coming into the new season, which makes their Week 3 preseason matchup on Saturday all the more intriguing.
For the Eagles, all eyes in the preseason have been on Carson Wentz. After going No. 2 overall in the 2016 draft, the North Dakota State product has struggled with Philly. Even playing with the third string, he’s already experiencing major growing pains in the NFL. For Week 3 of the preseason, though, the bigger story will be getting Sam Bradford and the first-string offense humming. Additionally, their defense will need to be rounding into form if they’re to have any success com the regular season.
On the other hand, the Colts are looking at 2016 and hoping that Andrew Luck can return to star-form. He struggled last year even before his season was prematurely ended due to injury. Now he’s back to full health and the belief is that he’ll be ready to roll and lead the way in Indy. How he and this Colts offense look will be the determining factor in just what the Colts can accomplish in 2016.
