28. <p>The goal of the Oakland Raiders defense was to get young, faster, and more athletic. It’s a job that general manager Reggie McKenzie has accomplished in a number of ways thus far and the results this year should be promising. Khalil Mack and Bruce Irvin should provide solid speed rush.</p>

<p>Ben Heeny is a tough, smart player who doesn’t make a lot of mistakes. Even so he’s got limitations as an athlete. If Oakland wants to push their defense to greater heights, they may have to replace him.</p>
<p>Jalen Reeves-Maybin is an intriguing choice. His size isn’t overwhelming but he’s explosive in his movement. Sideline to sideline speed and the versatility to play inside and outside linebacker.
