By Dan O'shea
Whether it’s DirecTV, Comcast or DISH Network, here’s what channel the Big Ten Network is on your cable provider.
It’s time to pack up your beach gear, put the flip-flops away, and close up your pools. Trade your beach chair for tailgate gear, your tank tops for football jerseys, and your summer shandies for the cheap beer you can guzzle in the parking lot at the first sign of light. College football season has finally returned, with Big Ten action set to begin in less than a week.
From now until January, Big Ten fans are back to their element. OH-IO chants well once again be heard shouting from the rafters. The Big House will be electric once again, and some of the league’s greatest rivalries will begin once more.
As always, the Big Ten is set for another huge season. Most of the conference powerhouses are expected to perform as per usual, with four teams sneaking into the top 25. Michigan, Michigan State and Ohio State will be towards the top of East, while Iowa looks to fend off Northwestern and Wisconsin to hold onto the West.
Two years removed from Ohio State winning the first-ever College Football Playoffs, the Big Ten is looking to return to the playoffs to make some noise once again. With Ohio State and Michigan each sitting comfy in the top 10, both teams have a chance to sneak into this year’s dance.
The Big Ten season is right around the corner, and those dedicated fans who need to watch every minute like they need air to breathe should look no further. The Big Ten Network has everything you need.
