A look at how to watch Friday night’s game between the Northwestern State Demons and Baylor Bears online.
Most teams in college football will kick off their 2016 season on the weekend of September 1st and 2nd. This will see teams battle for position in their respective conferences, and look to get toward the goal of winning a championship.
One game that will be featured on Friday night will see the Northwestern State Demons take on the No. 23 Baylor Bears.
Baylor has been marred by off-the-field controversy for months. They were involved in sexual assault scandals, which resulted in their athletic director leave and head coach Art Briles being let go, among other moves to clear out top-ranking personnel. Friday’s game against Northwestern State will be a way for the Bears to avoid distraction, at least for one evening.
Replacing Briles is Jim Grobe, who will be the head coach for the 2016 season. Grobe previously held the same position with Wake Forest from 2001-2013. Can he begin to lead a comeback for the Baylor program?
As for players lost, Baylor will be without wide receiver Corey Coleman, who got selected by the Cleveland Browns in the 2016 NFL Draft. Who could step up to replace him?
Northwestern State shouldn’t be a big threat for Baylor. However, an FCS school sometimes pulls off these upset victories over the bigger schools. Will they be able to do this on Friday?
With this in mind, here’s a look at how to watch Northwestern State vs. Baylor on Friday night.
