Darko Milicic was a really bad basketball player. Just about the only thing he did well in his entire NBA career is disappoint fans and be angry. So when he finally fell out of the NBA after living forever on being a top three pick and seven feet tall, he fell completely out of public view. Luckily Darko seems to have finally found something he is good at and makes him happy. Being a farmer.

According to Modern Farmer, Darko did an interview with a Serbian publication and shed light on his new profession.

"“I’m in the fruit,” he told BLIC, according to Google Translate. “I took the land and nurture cherry, apple and plum.”"

Those are three pretty great fruits to be honest. Cherries and plums are right up there with my

favorite fruits so now I want to try Darko’s. It feels hard to mess fruit up that badly, but Darko did a lot of things that seemed impossible so you never know.

As for the apples, it is unclear what kind Darko grows. Apparently there are 7,500 different types of apples, so Darko has plenty of choices. Hopefully it is something that a lot of people eat, so that he can sell them easily.

While the entire story is pretty funny, the good thing is that Darko seems happy. Being away from everyone and being on a farm seems great for a guy who had angry run-ins with people. So, good for Darko and if anyone has a hook up on his fruits let me know. I would love to try to review them.
