The Xbox One and Windows 10 exclusive, ReCore, is almost available and we have a new trailer for it that promises a touching story.

Last year, at E3 2015 during the Xbox E3 briefing, we got a first look at the brand-new IP, ReCore. The action-adventure game is developed by Comcept and Armature Studio.

Being developed by Comcept, who is the development studio created by Keiji Inafune, ReCore will have many gameplay elements inspired by the the very popular video game, Mega Man, considering that prior to starting his own development studio, Inafune was a Capcom employee.

It will also have many inspirations from games like Metroid Prime since Armature Studio is a development company that consists of designers who’ve worked on the series.

Finally, the music is definitely something to look out for, since Chad Seiter, who’s background consist of arranging music for The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses, is composing the music for ReCore.

With all of these factors, ReCore is looking extremely promising and at the small price of $40, it’s looking like a value pickup. The Xbox One is in dire need of more exclusives and ReCore may be its saving grace. Check out the new launch trailer below.

In ReCore, you’ll play as Joule Adams. After waking up on the planet of Far Eden, which she originally volunteered to travel to, she realizes that she was asleep for centuries and everything hasn’t really gone as planned. All she has is a bunch of Corebot companions who she must put her trust in and her journey begins to save herself and the rest of mankind from something terrible.

ReCore is looking to have all the tools to be a phenomenal game. A great story with unique characters, fun gameplay and a likable soundtrack will keep you invested throughout.

ReCore will launch exclusively on the Xbox One and Microsoft Windows PC’s on September 13 in North America.
