Former Wisconsin standout and current Houston Texans star J.J. Watt tweeted along as his brother T.J. made his first career start against LSU on Saturday.

After watching the No. 15 Houston Cougars upset the third-ranked Oklahoma Sooners down in Houston on Saturday, J.J. Watt sat back and watched his alma mater play at Lambeau Field.

Watt, a former All-Big Ten star defensive end at Wisconsin, watched and tweeted as his brother T.J. got his first career start for the Badgers against Leonard Fournette and the No. 5 LSU Tigers in their season opener.

The game between the Badgers and Tigers on Saturday was the first game at Lambeau Field since 1983 and T.J. Watt made his first career start there. That is pretty awesome.

The younger Watt (7 total tackles) played well for a Wisconsin defense that seemingly took Leonard Fournette out of the ballgame early on. Fournette did finish with 138 rushing yards on the day, but Watt was all over the field for the Badgers.

Watt reacted after the Badgers scored the first touchdown of the game in the third quarter. The Badgers led the Tigers by 13 points at one point and were in total control of the contest in front of a raucous Lambeau crowd.

That was until stuff got weird and Watt reacted accordingly.

In the span of two minutes, LSU went from punting on Wisconsin’s 39-yard-line to a one-point lead. Tre’Davious White took an errant Bart Houston pass to the house for six on defense and then another LSU turnover led to a Travin Dural touchdown catch-and-run to give the Tigers the lead.

Watt react to a huge play from the Wisconsin defense to seal the game. D’Cota Dixon picked off a wild Brandon Harris pass to wrap up a huge win for the Badgers and for the Big Ten Conference.

Watt made bets with former LSU stars and current Arizona Cardinals defensive backs Patrick Peterson and Tyrann Mathieu over the game, along with former LSU basketball star and NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal. He wasted no time in trash-talking the trio from the Bayou.

There’s no details over the bet Watt made with Peterson, but O’Neal and Mathieu revealed at least part of the friendly wager after the Badgers clinched a 16-14 victory.

Shaq will forever be the best.

After the game, Watt sent out a special shout-out to his brother T.J. for his performance against the Tigers.
