13. Minnesota Vikings

RB. Stanford. Christian McCaffrey . 13. player. 60.
The future of their quarterback position is very much in question at the moment. Teddy Bridgewater vows he’ll be back from his devastating knee injury, but will he be the same player? Impossible to say.

Then there is Sam Bradford, a talented passer but career underachiever with a long history of injury problems. More than ever it seems like the best course of action for the Minnesota Vikings is to trust in the roster they’ve built which relies on strong running and great defense.

Adrian Peterson is 31 years old. How much longer can he go at the level people are accustomed to seeing? That uncertainty should spur the Vikings to begin searching for help. Somebody who can take a bit of the load off his back.

How scary would it be if that somebody ended up being Christian McCaffrey. One of the most dynamic playmakers in college football, he’s a threat as both a running back and a return man. Good speed and size with plenty of toughness to handle the hits. get him the ball with some space and he’s a threat to house it every time.
