6. New Orleans Saints

player. 15.
What else is there to say? Drew Brees has done everything in the NFL. He has a ring, he has passing records, he has the undying love of an entire city and he has a Hall of Fame bust waiting for him in Canton.

Unfortunately he’s also waging a losing battle with Father Time. Brees is 37 years old. Competitive as he is, every man has a point where he starts to break down. Fears are beginning to rise that his once vaunted arm strength is fading, inevitably giving rise to speculation that the time is right for the team to draft an heir to the throne.

It would be quite an exciting thing if they were to land DeShone Kizer. The Notre Dame quarterback is considered the primary threat to Deshaun Watson in being first off the board in 2017. It’s not hard to see why. Kaaya exhibits classic top-10 talent.

He’s big with a strong arm to make any throw and has no trouble creating plays with his legs. There isn’t a thing wrong with his arm as he can deliver strikes with velocity and accuracy. There are still issues to iron out with his fundamentals, but another year in college should afford him that time. Sean Payton would be giddy to have him.
. QB. Notre Dame. DeShone Kizer . 6
