A look at how to watch Saturday’s college football game between the Central Michigan Chippewas and the Oklahoma State Cowboys.
Week 2 of the college football season kicks off on Saturday afternoon, and will see a full slate of games. The action won’t be as packed as Week 1, especially with all the ranked teams that are playing low-end FBS teams. One of those will see Oklahoma State host Central Michigan.
The Cowboys come into this game as the No. 22 ranked team in the nation. They took down the Southeastern Louisiana Lions in Week 1, 61-7. It’s about as much of a cupcake game as you could expect. So, it’s difficult to get a read on how good Oklahoma State is after this one.
However, their passing game looked effective. Quarterback Mason Rudolph threw for 191 yards and two touchdowns in the victory. Wide receiver Jhajuan Seales also had two touchdown receptions to help bring up the score. Getting production from players like these two could lead to an early 2-0 record for OK State.
Central Michigan comes into this game 1-0. They beat the Presbyterian College Blue Hose 49-3 in Week 1. A stout rushing attack got displayed by the Chippewas, which featured Devon Spalding gaining 135 yards on 15 carries for one touchdown. Quarterback Cooper Rush also threw for one touchdown in the victory.
