Here are five fantasy football options you should consider for this week’s game between the Miami Dolphins and Seattle Seahawks.

The Seattle Seahawks open up at home this week against the Miami Dolphins in a game between two teams that play on opposite ends of the country. It’s also a game that Vegas sees Seattle as huge favorites, which means they are expected to win by a lot. For fantasy football players, it’s an interesting battle.

The Seahawks’ secondary going up an Adam Gase offense, while the offensive line of Seattle tries to take on a ferocious pass rush. It’s a game that isn’t going to be entirely intriguing to fantasy football players, which means if you have other options and can bench someone from this game, it might be the best option available. Still, if you are going to play someone from this game, these are the five best choices to make.

5. Arian Foster

If there is one area where the Dolphins could succeed this week, it’s on the ground. The Dolphins have made it a point in the preseason to make him a focal point of the offense and he is shifty enough to excel against Seattle. While Seattle is great in the secondary, they can bend a little bit against the run. If Miami chooses to be conservative and not risk the pass as much, Foster is going to get plenty of work.

4. Tyler Lockett

Tyler Lockett is expected to have a huge year receiving for the Seahawks. Russell Wilson has done a good job of making him a favorite target and that will serve him well this week. They’re going to try and get him the ball earlier and allow him to develop into a superstar. If the line can give Wilson time, Lockett’s going to have a big day.

3. Doug Baldwin

Doug Baldwin has proved to be a touchdown machine for the Seahawks. He isn’t a wide receiver that is dependent upon Wilson having protection. When a play breaks down and Wilson has to make the impossible throw, Baldwin is the guy that always ends up making the play.

2. Thomas Rawls

The Seahawks don’t have Marshawn Lynch this year, but they do have Thomas Rawls. Before he got hurt last year, Rawls was on his way to being one of the best young running backs in the NFL. They have plenty of backs and are going to split up the touches, but Rawls should get the majority of them.

1. Seahawks defense

Let’s be honest, the Seahawks’ defense is the best option for this game. Ryan Tannehill is in his first game with Adam Gase and he’s going against arguably the best defense in the league. They are going to get their fair share of turnovers and defensive touchdowns aren’t out of the question here.
