Who will be the Minnesota Vikings starting quarterback this Sunday at Tennessee? The reality is that we don’t know, so look for other options to fill out your fantasy lineup.

The Minnesota Vikings and Tennessee Titans square off in Nashville in what should be a defensive struggle between the clubs.

However, that doesn’t mean there aren’t some enticing fantasy plays this week on both rosters. We take a look at the top options from 5 to 1.

5. Stefon Diggs

How did the Tennessee Titans finish seventh in the league in 2015 against the pass and still allow 34 scores through the air?

That’s because opposing teams were able to have some success on the ground, making it much easier for enemy quarterbacks to exploit the club’s defensive unit. Yes, the Titans were ranked a respectable 12th in the NFL in total yards allowed per game. But the club surrendered 45 offensive touchdowns in 16 contests and finished the season surrendering 30-plus points in each of their final five contests.

Regardless if it’s Shaun Hill or Sam Bradford pulling the trigger this Sunday, the threat of running back Adrian Peterson does make life easier for the passing attack (although the team didn’t really exploit that aspect in 2015 with young Teddy Bridgewater). That could change a lot this year with a two more experienced signal-callers.

In any case, second-year pro Stefon Diggs is the team’s best option when it comes to the big play. He led the team with 52 catches and 720 receiving yards as a rookie last year while averaging 13.8 yards per reception. The Vikings added Laquon Treadwell in the first round in April but Diggs is the team’s top wideout at the moment.

It won’t be a big afternoon for the second-year performer. But he will make his presence felt on more than one occasion against a secondary that features cornerbacks Perrish Cox and Jason McCourty but added free agents Brice McCain and Antwon Blake – two players very familiar with defensive coordinator Dick LeBeau.
