20. Oakland Raiders

28. Derek Carr rescued the Oakland Raiders in week one because he’s a star in the making and that offense should be outstanding. It was also apparent there is a long way to go for that Silver and Black defense. They’ve made some solid additions but so far the unit isn’t meshing. A reason for that might be because they don’t have a legitimate presence in the middle at linebacker. Ben Heeney is a high-effort, tough guy but he has athletic limitations that are difficult to hide.
This is something different that Raekwon McMillan can bring to the table. He’s been one of the forgotten playmakers at Ohio State. Plays downhill well. He can tackle consistently and has enough range to play sideline to sideline. Teams often overlook how athletic he is until he’s in tight coverage against a tight end or running back. He’ll have to show he can make more impact plays, but the potential and the dependability are already there.
. ILB. Ohio State. Raekwon McMillan . 20. player
