SEATTLE, WA - SEPTEMBER 10: Quarterback Jake Browning

Here’s how to stream Saturday’s matchup between the No. 8 Washington Huskies and the Portland State Vikings online.

The No. 8 Washington Huskies will look to close out their nonconference schedule on a high note when they host the Portland State Vikings on Saturday at Husky Stadium.

Washington has moved up from its preseason No. 14 ranking with two blowout victories, although neither has been against good competition. The Huskies blasted Rutgers in the season opener before taking down Idaho 59-14 last weekend.

While Washington’s lofty preseason ranking was mostly based on a young defense that was the best in the Pac-12 a year ago, the offense is flourishing right now as well. No other team in the nation has scored 40 points or more in five consecutive games, as sophomore quarterback Jake Browning has completed 41 of his 55 passes this season for 581 yards and eight touchdowns.

Portland State will play an FBS opponent for the second week in a row after losing to San Jose State 66-35 last Saturday. The Vikings have challenged Pac-12 teams in the past and beat a nine-win Washington State team a year ago.

Washington will get a look at one of the most unique offenses in the nation that often features two quarterbacks at once. Alex Kuresa has thrown for 357 yards and three touchdowns this season, while Paris Penn has typically been used as a rushing threat.

The Huskies don’t figure to be challenged due to the Vikings’ defensive issues, but will look to improve in a couple areas before the schedule gets tougher. In particular, the Huskies will look to get sophomore running back Myles Gaskin going after he turned in an outstanding season a year ago.
