Who will be the celebrity picker for ESPN’s College GameDay ahead of Week 3?
After an impressive week at the racetrack last week, ESPN’s College GameDay will be back at it again this week. This week, the show will take place in Louisville, where the Cardinals will be taking on the Florida State Seminoles. The Cardinals will be paying tribute to Muhammad Ali with helmet stickers at the game.
As for College GameDay, it will be another week of shenanigans and buildup. With the game taking place in Louisville, there are plenty of options for the celebrity picker. People have been speculating endlessly about who it could be on Saturday morning.
The options that come to mind are Colonel Sanders, Tom Jackson, Papa John himself or Laila Ali. With the Cardinals honoring the heavyweight legend on Saturday, it wouldn’t be surprising if his daughter was the celebrity picker. It also wouldn’t be surprising to see other Louisville legends to step to the plate and make the picks.
Update: Laila Ali has been confirmed as the celebrity guest picker for College GameDay. One would have to assume she’s going to pick Louisville over Florida State in that game. However, it’ll be interesting to see what her picks are for the other great games today.
Last week at Bristol, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Richard Petty gave their takes on the games. This week, someone else will take their turn at picking the games. At the end of the day, Lee Corso will be putting on a Cardinal’s head or will become the Seminole.
