Week 3 of college football is officially in the books. Some teams have picked up huge wins and are favorites for the College Football Playoff. It’s time to overreact to the biggest happenings in college football this week and separate the bad from the good. These aren’t your everyday “basic” reactions to what took place on the field. These are gear-grinding statements that will make your head spin. Let’s look at what happened this week.

5. Urban Meyer is equal to Nick Saban

In college football, there are plenty of great coaches. Then there are two legends that are just navigating their way through all the coaches beneath them. Nick Saban and Urban Meyer are no strangers to each other and have a combined eight National Championships between the two of them.

On Saturday, their coaching abilities led their programs to big wins on the road. Alabama overcame a huge deficit to come back and defeat the Ole Miss Rebels. The Ohio State Buckeyes had no issues defeating Oklahoma on the road.

These two teams could very well meet in the College Football Playoff. While they have met before on the big stage, it needs to happen again. Football fans deserve to see this. These coaches simply are the two best in college football.
