14. Auburn Tigers

Being the second-best program in the state of Alabama isn’t a bad thing to be, and that’s exactly what the Auburn Tigers are. Auburn has two official national titles, six unofficial titles, and eight SEC titles. The coach for whom the Heisman Trophy is named, John Heisman, coached Auburn in the late 1890s, and the school has produced three trophy winners, including Bo Jackson and Cam Newton.

What Auburn is really known for, besides undefeated seasons, the Iron Bowl and national titles, is the controlled chaos that takes place at Toomer’s Corner after big wins.

Rolling Toomer’s Corner is what college football and its ingrained traditions are all about, but unfortunately, a ‘Bama fan poisoned the oak trees, forcing the university to cut them down in 2013.
