Here is the slate of primetime games for Week 5 of the college football season.

After four weeks, the landscape in college football has changed but the view at the top remains the same. The top teams that were projected to be playoff contenders are still doing their thing while new teams have emerged. This week, a couple of teams are guaranteed to suffer a serious blow to their playoff chances.

There are two primetime games this week and both could be potentially the two best games of the year yet. Even better, one game takes place on Friday, while another takes place on Saturday. That means that college football fans won’t have to worry about flipping the channel.

The first primetime game is on Friday night. The Stanford Cardinal will meet the Washington Huskies. Each team is in the top 10 and both are the conference’s best shot at making the playoff. The game will take place on ESPN at 9 p.m. ET. That game has huge implications.

On Saturday night, the biggest game during the primetime slate is Clemson hosting Louisville. Both are top five teams and the winner of this game, will have the path toward a National Championship moving forward. It’s Heisman candidate against Heisman candidate in Lamar Jackson vs. Deshaun Watson. It all takes place on ABC at 8:00 p.m. ET.
