14. team. 28. Oakland was able to earn its second road win of the season, beating the Tennessee Titans 17-10. The game was by no means perfect, but Oakland was finally able to curtail an offense before allowing 500 yards, something it was not able to do in the previous two weeks.
<p>Derek Carr was not the sharpest this weekend, but he wasn’t helped out either by some untimely drops. The Raiders didn’t play particularly well against the Titans, but still came out on top. If you are more of the glass-half-full person, you could say Oakland has been average in three games and still won two of them.</p>
<p>The Raiders will have to be better this week when they take on the Baltimore Ravens. Baltimore is not only 3-0 but has a host of weapons on offense, including Joe Flacco, Steve Smith Sr., Mike Wallace and more.
