Previous: 22nd. Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 27. team. 48. After looking like a different team week one against the Atlanta Falcons, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have reverted into their old selves. They fell 40-7 in week two against the New Orleans Saints, and suffered a tough loss to the Los Angeles Rams at home in week three. <p>Quarterback Jameis Winston continues to rack up the passing yards, adding another 405 to his season total. Robert Quinn strip the ball away from Winston and Ethan Westbrooks returned the ball for a big-man touchdown. The sophomore quarterback had a chance at redemption on the final play of the game, but was sacked as he struggled to find an open receiver and was sacked as time expired.</p> <p>Defensively the Buccaneers still have a lot of work to be done. Cornerback Alterraun Verner was burned early by Brian Quick in the first quarter for a touchdown. Later in the game Rams running back Todd Gurley practically scored a touchdown on his hands after breaking through the Bucs defense. Safety Keith Tandy failed to bring down Tavon Austin, who broke out of his grips and ran for a touchdown.</p> <p>Injuries limited the Buccaneers before the game even started. Doug Martin, Cecil Shorts, Luke Stocker, and Robert Ayers were all out after suffering injuries last week. Guard Kevin Pamphile left the game early and did not return with an undisclosed injury.</p> <p>Tampa Bay enters a rough patch in their schedule with the Denver Broncos arriving next weekend, followed by a trip to Carolina to face the Panthers.</p>. 1-2
