Liverpool came from behind to beat Swansea 2-1 on Saturday. Here are all the highlights from the game.
Swansea manager Francesco Guidolin came into this match knowing his job was on the line. The Swans have struggled hugely in recent weeks, but they started very well, pressing the Reds deep in their own half and attacking with speed and precision when they won the ball.
The breakthrough eventually came via a corner, when Leroy Fer poked in a Borja Baston knock down.

The first half continue in much the same way as Liverpool struggled to find any sort of rhythm. Adam Lallana was forced off with an injury midway through the half and was replaced by Daniel Sturridge. The Reds improved slightly after that, but still couldn’t record a single shot on target.
Liverpool improved after the break, and quickly equalized through Roberto Firmino. Philippe Coutinho’s free-kick hit the wall, before Jordan Henderson played the rebound to an unmarked Firmino, who finished well at the back post.

The Reds got stronger after there goal, but as the game wore on it seemed they might have to settle for a draw. Then, in the 84th minute, a botched clearance by Modou Barrow left Firmino in space inside the penalty area. As the Brazilian prepared to shoot, Angel Rangel bundled into him from behind and referee Michael Oliver awarded the penalty.

There was still time for Swansea to create a few chances, the best of which fell to center-back Mike van der Hoorn in stoppage time, but he missed the target from 6 yards out. The win moves Liverpool up to second in the table, with the other teams around them all playing on Sunday.
Swansea, meanwhile, remain stuck on four points after seven games. Guidolin, if reports are true, has one game to save his job. His side face Arsenal in their first game after the international break.
