The top-25 poll is sure to get a shake up after Week 5 of the college football season, as this past week’s slate featured three games between top-10 teams. In a Big Ten battle, No. 4 Michigan beat visiting No. 8 Wisconsin in a defensive battle, 14-7.

In an ACC matchup, Deshaun Watson and No. 5 Clemson took care of No. 3 Louisville at home in an instant classic, 42-36. The final top-10 matchup featured two Pac-12 teams, as No. 10 Washington throttled No. 7 Stanford.

There were plenty of huge efforts this past weekend, and here are the top-5 individual performances.

The TCU Horned Frogs faced the Oklahoma Sooners on Saturday, as the two teams continued their fight for a Big 12 title. The Horned Frogs came into the game 1-0 in conference play, and were coming off two straight victories. The Sooners were expected to challenge for a spot in the College Football Playoff this season, but two September losses dashed those hopes early on.

TCU came into Saturday’s matchup against Oklahoma as the 21st ranked team in the country, after starting the season 3-1. A big reason for their early season success had been Kenny Hill, who transferred to the program from Texas A&M in June of 2015. Hill threw for 23 touchdowns in his final season with the Aggies, and had to sit out the 2015 season due to transfer rules.

This season, Hill has been as good as advertised, throwing for nearly 2,000 yards throughout the team’s first five games. His best game of the year came this past weekend, as he shredded the Sooners’ defense in a losing effort. The junior threw for 449 yards and five touchdowns, and nearly led the Horned Frogs to an improbable comeback.

Oklahoma was leading 49-24 heading into the fourth quarter, but Hill led his team to 22 points in the final frame. TCU scored on three consecutive drives, as Hill hit Taj Williams twice for long touchdowns. The Horned Frogs may have lost the game, but Hill has definitely put his stamp on the program.
