This coming Saturday, ESPN College GameDay will travel to the campus of Texas A&M to preview that night’s game in College Station and all of the Week 6 action.

If we didn’t know any better, one could almost say that the ESPN College GameDay crew has a deal worked out with the Tennessee Volunteers. This coming Saturday, they will take their cameras to College Station, Texas, as the Vols gear up for a big SEC meeting with the Texas A&M Aggies.

The A&M Twitter account broke the news just before midnight on Friday night, then the College GameDay crew made the official announcement on Saturday as the college football day was about to get underway. It marks the third time this season that Lee Corso and crew will follow the Vols

They were in Bristol when Tennessee beat Virginia Tech, then were on hand a week later when they snapped an 11-game losing streak against the Florida Gators. Now they’ll be in attendance for the third meeting between Tennessee and the Aggies. Texas A&M has won both previous meetings, but both teams will be undefeated when the game kicks off at 3:30 P.M. Eastern.

Lee Corso will be on hand as usual, making his big pick for the game. Last week, he picked Clemson to pick up the win over Louisville, and nailed it. It’ll be interesting to see if he’ll play to the College Station crowd and pick the Aggies or if he will take Tennessee to continue their hot streak. The only thing for sure is that only one team will be undefeated after this game, regardless of the mascot helmet he puts on at the desk.

For those keeping score, Texas A&M has yet to win a game when Corso and company are in the building. They’ve made four trips to College Station, and each trip has resulted in a loss. The first visit was in 2000, when top-ranked Oklahoma came to town. The next visit was in 2006, and it was another OU win. In 2012, Florida came in and picked up the victory. In 2013, they lost a close 49-42 game to Alabama. There has also been a road trip that resulted in loss, when they traveled to Boulder back in 1995 and faced Colorado.

ESPN College GameDay will be live beginning at 8:00 A.M. Central. Corso will be joined by Rece Davis, Kirk Herbstreit, and analysis by Desmond Howard.
