17. player. 16. Hats off to Rex Ryan. It took a lot of guts after an 0-2 start to make the bold change of firing his offensive coordinator Greg Roman. He wanted things done differently. Now the Buffalo Bills are 2-2 and just pocketed a valuable divisional win over the New England Patriots. Of course this doesn’t mean Ryan is out of the woods yet. There is still plenty of work to do if the Bills are going to end one of the most painful playoff droughts in league history.

One of the problems that could potentially derail this mission is along the offensive line. Buffalo has some question marks, starting with the right tackle position. Jordan Mills and Michael Ola have shared time at it, with mixed results at best. Only the mobility of Tyrod Taylor hasn’t been able to cover the problem up to this point. If this offense wants to reach its full potential though it will have to improve that spot.

Florida State has had some difficulties the past couple seasons in the win column, but that hasn’t stopped big tackle Roderick Johnson from playing some good football. He fits the mold of what the Bills would like. In addition to his size he’s a strong, dependable run blocker who knows how to generate movement for his backs. On top of that he was a steady pass protector for Jameis Winston.
. OT. Florida State. Roderick Johnson
