Kuznetsov is not a stranger to ridiculous goal celebrations. At the World Cup of Hockey, he even borrowed a bird celebration from FIFA ’17. Coming off a breakout season in 2015-16, Kuznetsov will look to do even more celebrating during the 2016-17 season.
Last season, Kuznetsov set career highs in his third NHL season with 20 goals, 57 assists, and 77 points. He made his first All-Star appearance, winning fans over with his creativity and stick handling skills. After being drafted by the Capitals with the 26th overall pick of the 2010 NHL Draft, Kuznetsov spent some time in Russia. He joined the Capitals late in the 2013-14 season.
