The Denver Broncos are once again one of the best teams in NFL, and on Sunday, they will play host to one of the hottest teams. The Atlanta Falcons have been running through teams the past few weeks, and are fresh off a drubbing of the defending NFC champion Carolina Panthers. The game will feature Denver’s elite defense against Atlanta’s high-octane offense, and it is sure to be a good one.
Atlanta quarterback Matt Ryan has been incredible this season, as he currently leads the league in almost every passing category. He and Julio Jones are playing on another level this season, and the big wideout is coming off a 300-yard performance last week. Denver will be their biggest test yet, and it will interesting to see if they can move the ball with such ease against Von Miller and company.
For Denver, there were some questions about who would be under center for them on Sunday. Trevor Siemian has played extremely well since winning the job in the preseason, though he was injured last week against Tampa Bay. He sprained the AC joint in his non-throwing shoulder, but should be ready for action on Sunday. Rookie Paxton Lynch played well in relief this past week, and will be ready if he is called on.
