TCU vs Kansas live stream: Watch Horned Frogs vs Jayhawks online
Here’s how you can watch Saturday afternoon’s TCU vs Kansas game from Lawrence online.
The TCU Horned Frogs are struggling to put together a couple wins in a row after losing to both Arkansas and Oklahoma to begin the 2016 campaign. They’ve been a little bit down after losing Trevone Boykin this offseason, but the talent is still there.
Replacing Boykin is Texas A&M transfer Kenny Hill who has been fantastic through five games. He’s amounted 1,936 yards, 11 touchdowns and five interceptions for the Horned Frogs and he also has the ability to run. Hill has added six more touchdowns with his legs.
Taj Williams has been the main beneficiary of the strong passing attack, catching 24 passes and leading the team with 488 yards and four touchdowns. Kyle Hicks leads the team in receptions, 26, as well as rushing yards with 375.
Kansas, on the other hand, has not had the greatest start to the season and remains a Big 12 bottom-dweller. The Jayhawks are just 1-3 with a lone victory against Rhode Island and three blowout losses to Ohio, Memphis and Texas Tech. It’s safe to say they’re not in the running for a conference crown.
That’s not to say the Jayhawks can’t have an impact on the Big 12 race, though. Beating a team like TCU would definitely make a statement and it’s going to be a tough task for Montell Cozart and the rest of the Kansas squad.
Cozart hasn’t been consistent this season, but he looks to retain his starting job against the Horned Frogs. He’s completing 63 percent of his passes for 581 yards, six touchdowns and four interceptions. The run game won’t take much pressure off him, though, as it averages less than 100 yards per week.
