The New England Patriots get Tom Brady back from suspension this week as they take on the Cleveland Browns. Here’s how to watch online.
Tom Brady makes his long-awaited return to the field after serving his four-game suspension. The superstar quarterback, embroiled in controversy through the protracted “Deflategate” saga, gets a pretty easy dip back into the pool. At least by statistics.
The Cleveland Browns are winless and have the worst point differential in the league at -41 points. The Browns have just gotten beat despite having a slightly below-average defense by yards allowed per game and an average pass defense.
Brady and the Patriots will test that even further. Brady is Brady and the Patriots are the Patriots.

The Patriots more than survived Brady’s absence. New England is 3-1, but the offense certainly suffered without him. The Patriots are 21st in the league in points per game and 19th in yards per game. Brady will surely change that for them.

And the Browns are. . . the Browns are not much better. One thing Cleveland does well though is run the ball at 149.2 yards per game on the ground. Isaiah Crowell has 394 yards on the ground and three touchdowns. Cleveland also may have discovered something in the multi-faceted abilities of wide receiver/running back/quarterback Terrelle Pryor.
The Patriots will have to keep their strong ground game and control the line on defense to make Brady shine in this game.
