College Football Rankings: FanSided Top 25 entering Week 7

No letdown for Clemson this week as the Tigers dispatched Boston College this past Friday night. Deshaun Watson’s solid play continued with 264 yards and 4 TD’s. The Tigers defense held Boston College to just 96 yards in the blowout victory.
At this point, Clemson seems to be in the safest spot of the FanSided 25. A trip to FSU is the only thing stopping the Tigers at this point, as long as they stay the course and keep winning they will be in good position to not only make the ACC Title Game but the CFP as well.
For Ohio State, their 38-17 victory over Indiana is really looked at as a look ahead game. While Indiana may be one of the most improved teams in America, the Buckeyes were clearly looking ahead to their showdown with Wisconsin this coming Saturday.
Ohio State has faced one test this season and passed it with flying colors as they defeated Oklahoma in Norman. This, however, is a much more difficult. The Buckeyes have struggled in Madison in the past and the Buckeyes have done a great job on the road under Urban Meyer. This won’t be the last of these tough games as Ohio State still has to travel to Michigan State later this season.
