The Ravens cornerback has clear intentions heading into Sunday’s game against the Giants.

If Odell Beckham hadn’t received enough attention during his stellar rookie year campaign, he certainly has made up for it this season with all his behavioral antics.

As we all know, OBJ was noted saying he was “not having fun anymore” after a disappointing and frustrating loss to the Minnesota Vikings. From a lack of touches, to antagonizing defensive backs, and even fighting kicking nets, Beckham Jr. has a hard time keeping his cool.

The good news for Giants fans and #13 is that the promising young receiver was able to keep it together throughout a SNF loss in Green Bay. However, Baltimore Ravens DB Jimmy Smith is still skeptical. Today he made it clear he won’t tolerate any of Odell Beckham’s games.

Smith had this to say (via ESPN): “All of that extra hitting and talking, that’s not going to fly. That’s not my game. I like to line up and play. Give me your best shot, and I’ll give you mine. But if you hit me after the whistle, there’s going to be a fight.”

This already looks like an attempt to get under OBJ’s skin, and it is only Wednesday evening. Or perhaps it is just a fair warning for Beckham to watch himself. Whatever the reason, it makes for great television on Sunday afternoon. Smith is primarily a press corner who is best when he can disrupt a WR at the line of scrimmage. If things start getting physical … well.

We shall see if Odell has anything to say in response to Smith before Sunday. After starting 2-0, the Giants have dropped three straight and will desperately looking to get back on track. If it all starts to head south again, you can bet the camera will be on Beckham.
