There a number of NFL head coaches who are struggling this year, but these five desperately need a win in Week 6.

We’re only five weeks through the season, but there are already some teams that are flat-out not getting the job done. Those teams’ head coaches better be getting ready for Week 6, because their jobs may be on the line.

Due to either bad records or failing to meet expectations, a handful of head coaches are already start to feel the hot seat. There are a number of guys we could mention, but here are five coaches that need a win in Week 6 to help them keep their jobs after the 2016 season.

Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians helped get his team back on track last week with a much-needed win over the San Francisco 49ers. However, a 33-21 win over a rebuilding franchise and a 2-3 start to the season isn’t exactly what Cardinals fans were hoping for before the 2016 season began.

Many analysts and fans expected the Cardinals to make a run at the Super Bowl prior to the start of the season. Now, the Cardinals are just hoping to sneak into the playoffs. A 2-3 start isn’t the end of the world, but their only wins have come against the 49ers and Buccaneers with some concerning losses to the Bills and Rams.

Arians is still one of the most popular coaches in the NFL. His players love him and the rest of the league respects him. Still, NFL head coaches tend have incredibly short leashes, and Arians’ job could be in jeopardy if Arizona misses the playoffs.

The Cardinals will have another primetime game this week against the New York Jets on Monday Night Football. The Jets have had their own struggles this season, so the Cardinals will be expected to win this game. If they don’t, and the Cardinals start the season with a 2-4 record, the front office is going to start putting a lot more pressure on Arians.
