Here’s how you can watch Saturday afternoon’s Iowa vs Purdue game from West Lafayette online.

After making it to the Big Ten Championship in 2015, the Iowa Hawkeyes were bringing back a ton of talent to compete for another Big Ten West title in 2016. However, the Hawkeyes have gotten off to a poor start, going just 3-2 in five games with losses to North Dakota State and Northwestern and 14-7 wins over Rutgers and Minnesota.

It’s clear that C.J. Beathard is not playing up to potential, completing just 60 percent of his passes for 1,087 yards and nine touchdowns with four picks. He was expected to be one of the conference’s top passers, but he has been slightly better than pedestrian.

Akrum Wadley and LeShun Daniels Jr. will help Beathard out offensively now that his top target, Matt VandeBerg, might be out for the year. In fact, the two running backs have rushed for 855 yards and 11 touchdowns on over five yards per carry.

Purdue, on the other hand, is off to a much better start to the 2016 season than usual. The Boilermakers have been mediocre for years and Darrell Hazell is fighting for his head coaching job with a 3-2 record through five games.

David Blough has taken over as the team’s starting quarterback since Austin Appleby and Danny Etling have transferred to Florida and LSU, respectively. The sophomore has passed for 1,298 yards and seven touchdowns, but his nine interceptions have been toxic to production.

Domonique Young has been his clear go-to guy, catching 29 passes for 338 yards and a touchdown. DeAngelo Yancey is right behind him with 22 catches for 299 yards and two scores.
