Here’s how you can watch Saturday afternoon’s Kansas vs Baylor game from Waco online.
Baylor had one of the most turbulent offseasons of any college football program this past spring and summer thanks to a slew of Art Briles cover-ups leading to his dismissal. Now that the Bears are under a new direction, they’re 5-0 and look like the team of old.
Seth Russell is back and healthy this season after missing most of 2015. He has passed for 1,326 yards and 14 touchdowns with a 59 percent completion rate. KD Cannon has helped him out, becoming his go-to target. He has caught 27 passes for 370 yards and four touchdowns.
The run game has also been potent behind the strong attack of Shock Linwood. He has 454 rushing yards and a touchdown on the season while Terence Williams leads the team with six rushing scores on 71 carries for 410 yards.
Kansas has been known as a basketball school for some time now and that hasn’t changed this season as the Jayhawks have begun the year 1-4. The Jayhawks have been one of the most hapless teams in the Big 12 for a while now and the Bears might have their way with them on Saturday.
Montell Cozart began the season as the starter but has since been replaced by Ryan Willis. He is coming off a tough game against the TCU Horned Frogs, though, in which he passed for nearly 350 yards but threw three costly picks in a one-point loss.
Steven Sims Jr. and LaQuvionte Gonzalez have been the top two offensive weapons with no run game in sight. The two Jayhawks’ receivers have combined for 762 yards and six touchdowns.
